Coeur d'Avenir SCPI buys a nursery in Lille

Launched at the end of 2023, Cœur d'Avenir is an SCPI (real estate investment trust) in the form of a sharing fund. It has acquired its first crèche in downtown Lille, in mainly residential area. The nursery has an interior surface area of 190 m² and private outdoor area within a new bulding. It is leased to the Les Chérubins group, which manages over 200 crèches, under a 10 year commercial lease.
